Bryce: Hey David, So
your represented by Ducati Models. How is that? They looking after you?
DB: Hey, yes Ducati
Models founded by Trenton Ducati and his business partner Michael Youens has
done a wonderful job by me, they are as much agents as well as friends and
mentors, they have helped me make good, smart decisions not only for my career
but also for my health and wellbeing. They have done an amazing job because the
simple truth is I’m incredibly high maintenance, no, I mean in all honesty I’m
a bundle of nerves 90% of the time and they do a wonderful job of helping me
navigate that.
DB: Well you know,
simply because a ducks swimming peacefully on a pond, doesn’t mean that below
the surface it’s little legs aren’t going a mile a minute. (Both Laugh)
Bryce: So the first scene you shot was with Hot House titled Trunks 8? How was that?
DB: As it was my very first shoot, I brought my nerves and
inexperience to the table and still questioning in my head if I wanted to go
through with it. The shoot took 8 days due to scheduling issues to complete.
However, in the end I got to shoot my first scene with Mitch Vaughn and it was an incredible experience. (EXCITEMENT
IN HIS VOICE)
It was everything I
thought it would be, it was exciting and interesting. You know all the stuff
models complain about, I experienced it all and was thrilled! The only thing
that gave me pause was the cumshot, it was the end of the day, the sun began to
go down, Mitch had shot already and it was just me. We were losing the sun and
I could hear the production team calling out “ 5 minutes, 4, 3, and it was
freaking me out! Fortunately I shot my load and the sun ducked behind the
mountains. Talk about pressure!
Bryce: So you’ve told your family? How did that go?
(At this point I get
up and David questions if I’m wearing underwear while doing this interview or
if im nude from the waist down , im a professional I had underwear on, I like
to be comfortable while im interviewing… Sorry to disappoint).
DB: I was chosen to be on the cover of Grab magazine, an
LGBT magazine in Chicago. Knowing I have a lot of family and friends in
Chicago I thought I owed it to my family to tell them.
The Answers…

My mom had the best respsone… completely nonplussed by
the announcement she asked “So how much
do you make?”. There was no lecture, scorn or judgement I’m incredibly lucky.
Bryce: So you’ve
shot 8 scenes at the moment, you all settled in? How’s the experience?
DB: It’s frankly a dream come true, it’s an incredibly
validating experience to have a dream
and go out and make it happen. Fortunately i’ve had help along the way
but the fact I’m doing something I enjoy makes it that much more special.
Bryce: I’m
guessing you have accumulated a lot of fans now? What is the response when they
see you? Do they turn to shit and can’t even look at you or do they want to
just jump on you?
DB: (Laughs) You really want to know what most peoples
first reaction … “You’re better looking
in person!”. When I meet fans, honestly
a lot of them are very nervous, they also have expectations of who I am and what
I’m going to be in real life as well as expecations of how I’m going to
perceive them. The truth is that fans are the reason I’m able to have the life
I have today, without their support and interest I wouldn’t be able to do what
I do so I’m incredibly grateful when I meet them.
Bryce: How was it
to step off the newcomer train and land straight on to the falcon studios
exclusive model platform?
DB: It’s amazing! Being associated with the most
respected name in gay porn was something I wanted to be able to do, as someone
more mature getting into it I had a lot of questions about wether there would
be an appetite for someone like me (Oh David, there is). So being asked to help represent Falcon was
incredibly validating, In fact I said yes before they put out a figure. Fortunately
Falcon takes care of their own and are known for being good to their models.
Bryce: You
recently returned home from your first Hustlaball live show in New York, tell
me all!

DB: Live sex, personally for me is a fantasy of mine, I
love performing in front of people, I love groups and crowds, this is very
exciting for me. Hundreds of people were crammed into this New York City club
all pressing towards the stage pushing for a better view . I was teamed with Brian
Bonds and we did a fisting show. After I got to meet other model, get
interviewed on the red carpet, to have the opportunity to engage and interact
with other models was wonderful as we dont get to do the chance outside of
these events.
Bryce: A big
question I like to put to people and if you listened to my radio show over the
summer I asked a lot of models, what’s your stance on shooting bareback porn, as a newcomers opinion I’m interested in seeing if that may be a chosen path later on?
DB: Never say never but currently I have no interest in
shooting bareback porn. In general, I
believe that barebacking is here to stay, so it is the responsibility of
studios that produce bareback content to do so responsibly. None oif the ‘Viral
Load’ ‘Bug- Chaser’ crap. That not only promotes unhealthy behaviour but

Bryce: Who is your

DB: Remember I’m a little bit older, so I grew up
idolizing Al Parker & Kent Ryker. As for my personal preference in men, I

Bryce: Do you think
you’re going to win?
DB: I would say I
have a very good chance of winning, that being said, ultimately it’s a gay
verison of the peoples choice award it’s about us as nominees being able to
turn out people to actually vote… I’ve been very open about my campaigning,
this is the first vote award I have ever been nominated for and I’ve been very
transparent about my desire to win.
